The Rowdyruff Boys (Djemtë rrufjanë) This is easily the best pun possible, other than English theres no negative conotation which includes the word 'ruff' or similar but in Albanian, rrufjan specifically means 'A dishonest person, who acts deceitfully and treacherously and who becomes the tool of others for bad deeds' which is exactly what the Rowdyruff Boys are, because in this episode he creates them specifically to destroy the Powerpuff Girls, meaning that they do stuff for him.
